Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging Zaggidly's services. By proceeding with a booking or payment, you agree to these terms.

1. About Zaggidly

Zaggidly is a YouTube Viewer Retention Consulting service operated by Hester Murray. We provide personalised retention analysis, strategy development and implementation support to YouTube content creators.

2. Services

Zaggidly provides consulting services as described on the Services page of this website. All services are delivered digitally via video call, Loom video, PDF documentation and email communication. No physical products are shipped.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required before any work begins

• The remaining 50% is payable upon the client's satisfaction with the delivered strategy and results

• Payment is processed securely via Paystack

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD)

• Invoices and payment links will be sent via email

4. Delivery

Zaggidly commits to delivering the completed retention strategy within 72 hours of receiving the confirmed deposit payment. Delivery is made digitally via video call, Loom video and PDF document.

5. Results & Expectations

• Viewer retention improvements are typically measurable within 4 to 6 weeks of implementing the recommended strategy

• Results depend on the client's consistent and accurate implementation of the strategy

• Zaggidly cannot guarantee specific results as YouTube performance is influenced by multiple factors beyond our control

• Zaggidly commits to providing a thorough, personalised and professional service in good faith

6. Refunds

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced

• The remaining 50% is only payable if the client is completely satisfied with the results

• If the client is not satisfied after genuine implementation of the strategy, the final 50% payment is not required

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate channel information and access to relevant analytics data

• Implement the recommended strategy in good faith

• Communicate openly and honestly throughout the engagement

• Allow a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks for results to become measurable before assessing outcomes

8. Intellectual Property

All strategies, reports, PDF documents and materials delivered by Zaggidly remain the intellectual property of Zaggidly until final payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives full rights to use the delivered materials for their own channel.

9. Confidentiality

Zaggidly treats all client information, channel data and business details as strictly confidential. We will not share your information with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

10. Communication

All communication takes place via email, video call and Loom video. Zaggidly aims to respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours on business days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

Zaggidly reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
